This video (and the rain video above) were from the recent tropical storm that brought us much needed rain.  Our tornado sirens kept going off.  This was Frank's explanation for what was going on.  Not wanting to frighten our sweet boy, we told him the sirens meant the rain was coming.  This was great until the other day, he heard a police car siren and told me the rain was coming.  Ha!
