Is that Lightning???

Ok, so it's no secret that our little Frank is addicted to Hot Wheels, Cars, and "frankly" anything with wheels! The movie "Cars" plays through about 3 times a day here! At the beginning of the movie, there's a Piston Cup race. After a huge crash occurs on the track, Lightning McQueen attempts to pass the "wreckage".
