WHY I HATE MOVING!!!! Oh my goodness, my house is a disaster area! We have boxes everywhere. We can't find the soap (so don't get too close!), dishes, pans, etc!!!! The movers came a day early and wanted to get a head start on things. Praise God I had most of it ready for them. So, now we have a half full truck in our front yard! They will return bright and early tomorrow morning to complete the move. We will spend our first night in our new home tomorrow night (with sheets over the windows!). This is just our luck: we ordered shutters for Frank's room and our room since they are on the front of the house. They were on schedule to be here just in time when the forklift dropped them and they all broke at the warehouse! So, now, they are doing another shipment. They SHOULD be here by Friday (when all my family is arriving).
Nevertheless, we are moving tomorrow. So, Frank's first birthday (Thursday) will be spent in his new house :) We are so excited! Everything is really starting to come together. The only bad thing is getting thrown back into this the day after we return from a wonderful week vacation!
Can I just say that trying to move with two people and an infant is nearly impossible!?!?! Especially a teething infant!!!
